No the AGM reports published by ShareSoc cannot be posted wholesale elsewhere because they are copyright of ShareSoc.

Could someone from ShareSoc clarify whether, if ShareSoc were to claim to "represent the views of X individual shareholders", the number X is simply the number of member registrations on their website?
What about people who register as members on the website simply to read the potentially interesting content about AGMs, but who have less interest in the activist campaigning side of things? Are their numbers included in those who ShareSoc "represent"?

The number of members is the number registered with us. We have no way of knowing whether all members agree with all of our policies, but ShareSoc's member network provides a convenient channel for members to let us know if they disagree with any of our policies/aims. In particular, when we respond to official consultations, our draft responses are posted there for comment before being finalised.
When we consider new policies/actions we post them there too (as well as publishing articles in our newsletter), so our members have plenty of scope to object if they disagree. Judging by the feedback on the members network and response at our AGM, I am confident that we have our members' support and are representative of our membership.
