Quite a day.
Highlights:
Avanti Communications Group Plc (LON:AVN) creeps up
Carclo (LON:CAR) broke the triangle and to the upside as I thought it might. It's a thing of beauty, here it is at 15:30 today:

Davis Service Group (LON:DVSG) went XD and gave a bit back on top. I worry not.
Kryso Resources (LON:KYS) edges up as we await news of how things will progress from here.
Ram Investment Group (LON:RAM) edged up on bid but made quite a jump on the offer. Wouldn't you just love to sit with a marketmaker for a day!
Shanta Gold (LON:SHG) was star of the day, coming up with good news. I have taken my profit and will attempt to buy back lower on any 'shake'. Indeed, nearly bought back earlier today but just missed the moment. Investors will cry "madness woman, just hold" but that's not my style. What I do may not be perfect but caffeine spiked late night coffee aside, I sleep well at night.

Senior (LON:SNR) edged up on news (perhaps) that Blackrock has added.
Templar Minerals Ltd (LON:TMP) saw Ortac reverse into it today. I am a shareholder in Ortac and a happy one at that. I await the new share certificate and to see what happens to the price. Ortac is run by Anthony Balme, Dorian Nicol and Vassilios Carellas, who some might recall from KYS. We now await some newsflow.
Vatukoula Gold Mines (LON:VGM) continues to make-up ground that in my opinion it should never have lost.
I went long GBP/USD today based on daily chart MACD/RSI.
A slight faux pas was not adjusting the limit on Aussie gold miner CAH. I was therefore taken out at my limit of 204 for a profit of some 52%. Given the impossibility of the time difference I think I will let that one go without me from here.
So, another all-time-high for the portfolio and the feeling that although I am not heavily invested, what is invested is in the right place.
