Half yearly results quite grim with deepening losses - http://www.stockopedia.co.uk/news/announcement/UNIQ/090730uniq001197.htm - but there were a number of exceptionals: i) high interest charges on credit facilities agreed in Jan, ii) a foreign exchange hit from the withdrawal from Uniq’s European operations and iii) a £5m annual charge to service Uniq’s pension liabilities.
