Ladbrokes plc is the world's leading fixed odds betting company. Formerly Hilton Group plc, the company was renamed following the completion of the sale of the Hilton International Hotel division to Hilton Hotel Corporation on 23rd February 2006. Now a pure betting and gaming company Ladbrokes plc consists of a retail division comprising approximately 2,500 retail outlets in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and internet betting and gaming through its various websites, including Ladbrokes.com.
