Mayflower, Plc or scam?

I have some shares in this company, which has been inactive since 2004.

I can find no record of it being delisted.

Any information?

They went bust due to an accounting fraud. I believe the liquidation was completed in April, by Deloittes. The report is available on written request to Jonathan Astbury at Deloittes (PO Box810, 66 Shoe Lane EC4A 3WA)
