Nice to see Minerva (LON:MNR) breaking through the 50 day moving average and heading quickly towards the 200 day moving average.
The 20 day moving average and the 50 day moving average have now done a Golden Cross:
Good Volumes of shares on Friday.
MACD giving a BUY signal.
RSI is a BUY and not overbought yet.
The Parabolic SAR has started a new UP TREND.
Should be a good week next week. IMHO

"City insiders think nothing is likely to come of the current takeover bid, which has been made by an unnamed investor – Minerva is in constant talks with parties about securing financing for individual projects and assets, and rumours of these talks is thought to have caused the share price to jump."
I understand Minerva (LON:MNR) is releasing news tomorrow. With the current positive mood in the property market this could really fly. Here is the quote I saw:
"We've had news on potential lettings, results due out tomorrow and possible take over in progress and the trading/interest in the shares is negligible. What's going on?"
RNS - Half Yearly Report - Minerva (LON:MNR)

Solid - but nothing really new.
NAV up 6.2% in the half year to 140p.
Should ensure that the SP remains fairly steady.
News still to come regarding offer.
