Sorry if this is not the place for this thread but I'm wondering if anybody else is having similar problems
I'm struggling to use the site and wonder if there are any suggestions
ON mty desktop computer (XP Pro) I can browse the forum threads for a short time - sometimes IE7 crashes on the first page, sometimes I can use it to read a few posts before internet explorer has to close.
On my vista based laptop also IE7 - the site doesn't open at all - well briefly flashes up the page before it blanks out.

Hi there - please bear with us. This original site was designed for Firefox but we are planning to be switching over to the new site this weekend. The site will be down on Sunday for maintenance and then (all going well!) we should be back up on Monday in a new incarnation which is compatible across all different browsers, including IE7 and IE8. Take a look at the demo version of the new site: http://demo.stockopedia.co.uk. You shouldn't have any problems with that in IE7, although obviously it's just a demo version with dummy data for now. If you do experience issues with that, please let us know. Thanks, M
I use both firefox and IE, and have had similar IE crashes. Use Firefox mainly now, for most things although for some reason I can no longer view BBC iplayer on firefox (it works fine with IE however but that's an aside)
Seems OK to me using IE8
