Is it possible to borrow a single stock from another investor who trades on London Stock Exchange with the intent to replace it later?

I am  looking for  a seed capital of 2000 Sterling Pounds to add to my savings  to enable me start trading on my new stocks trading account. Your contribution will be highly appreciated.
