Tiswas..... I believe 'in a row refers' the number of' aspects' occuring on the same day, The main aspects require two planets to be at 0,30,60, 90, 180 degrees to each other. And multiple aspects (greater than the number of planets) do occur quite regularly but that 17 is exceptionally rare.
