Shares in AIM quoted Baltic Oil Terminals (LON:BTC) were suspended from trading this morning because the company is set to miss a deadline later this month to send out its audited accounts to shareholders. The problem emerged after Baltic was forced to reconstruct the accounting records at its operations in Kaliningrad, Russia, after financial irregularities were identified.
