Greenwich Loan Income Fund (GLIF) has announced that the Q312 dividend will be 1.25p (up from 1.15p in the previous quarter). The increase reflects positive cash generation with rising income and falling management fees. We note last week’s increase in NAV, which was partly due to positive cash retained. Annualised, the Q312 dividend represents a yield of 10.4%.
