Market conditions were still challenging in H1 but pricing was better than anticipated earlier in the year. Plant performance was below par although throughput regained target levels by the period end and Powerflute continues to invest here and in related industry opportunities. We have trimmed FY12 estimates by 5%, which does little to change the attractive EBITDA multiple on which the company currently sits.
