Aug 09th 2011 - Edison Investment Research today published a report on Maxima Holdings (MXM.L, LSE:MXM, LON:MXM) entitled "Ongoing Strategic Review". In summary, the report says:
Maxima’s annual results reveal that the group has remained profitable and cash generative, following the announcement of a strategic review in April. The review was announced in light of divergent trends across the business with attrition in significant parts of the group while newly identified “growth engines” could benefit from further investment. The review continues, and Maxima says it is considering a number of options, including early stage discussions with a potential offeror for the company.
