Jul 19th 2012 - Edison Investment Research today published a report on London Stock Exchange (LSE.L, LSE:LSE, LON:LSE) entitled "Steady As She Goes". In summary, the report says:
Ongoing monthly disclosure of market data, together with the group’s diversified, relatively stable, service-driven income streams means that there were few surprises in the revenues reported in the IMS on 18 July. Market estimates for the full year may be modestly cut as analysts update their models for further adverse FX movements, but again these should be no surprise. While equity markets remain challenging, the group has diversified its revenue streams into a range of other products/services.
