In February 2012, the Company acquired 15,800 square feet office building, Compton Court located in Binley Business Park in Coventry, Binley, Coventry. In April 2012, the Company acquired 64,300 square feet industrial unit, 17 Shannon Way, located in Tewkesbury Business Park. On May 15, 2012, it disposed of its undeveloped industrial land in Wakefield, Yorkshire.
