A&J Mucklow Group plc is a United Kingdom-based company engaged in industrial and commercial property investment and development. The Company’s principal activity is to develop and invest in industrial and commercial buildings in locations around the Midlands. The Company operates in two segments: investment and development segment property, and trading property. The Company’s wholly subsidiaries under property investment and development include A&J Mucklow (Halesowen) Limited, A&J Mucklow (Investments) Limited, A&J Mucklow (Properties) Limited and Penbrick Limited, and under trading includes A&J Mucklow & Co Limited. In February 2012, the Company acquired 15,800 square feet office building, Compton Court located in Binley Business Park in Coventry, Binley, Coventry. In April 2012, the Company acquired 64,300 square feet industrial unit, 17 Shannon Way, located in Tewkesbury Business Park. On May 15, 2012, it disposed of its undeveloped industrial land in Wakefield, Yorkshire.
