Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The Company’s investment objective is to provide a high level of long-term, above average capital growth through investment in Thailand. The Company’s assets are invested in a portfolio of securities (substantially in the form of equities or equityrelated securities, such as convertible securities and warrants) in companies spread across a range of industries, which are quoted on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. As of February 28, 2012, the Company’s 10 largest investments were Siam Makro, Big C Supercenter, PTT Exploration & Production, Siam Cement, BEC World, Kasikornbank, Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok Insurance, Tisco Financial Group and Hana Microelectronics. The Company’s investment manager is Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited.
