Ablon Group Limited is a United Kingdom-based company. It is engaged in purchase, develop, rent, hold and sell real estates with a real estate portfolio locating in Central and Eastern Europe. It operates in three segments: commercial segment, residential segment and hotel segment. Commercial segment contains buildings built for the commercial purpose of earning rental income. Residential segment contains buildings constructed to private individuals for immediate sale after completion. The hotel segment was set up in the prior year as the Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Budapest began operating in the period. It is also engaged in investment property, property plant and equipment, inventories and receivables. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company include ABLON Bucharest Real Estates Development S.R.L, ABLON GROUP d.o.o, ABLON Kft, Airport City Kft, Global Center Kft., DERISA LIMITED, DH Est-Europe Real Estate SRL, BC 2000 s.r.o, ISTAFIA LIMITED and ALAMONDO LIMITED.
