Argo Group Limited (Argo) is a holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the investment management business. Its primary business is to deliver a diversified approach to investing in emerging markets. Argo’s investment objective is to provide investors with returns in the six funds that it manages by investing in, inter alia, fixed income, special situations, local currencies and interest rate strategies, private equity, real estate, quoted equities, high yield corporate debt and distressed debt, although not every fund invests in each of these asset classes. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Argo Capital Management (Cyprus) Limited, Argo Capital Management Limited, Argo Capital Management Property Limited and Argo Capital Management (Asia) Pte. Ltd.
