Ashley House plc is engaged in the supply of design, construction management, consultancy and asset management services, primarily working with providers of healthcare and social care on infrastructure developments from project inception to completion of construction and beyond. The Company operates in two segments: design and construction; and management services. The Company's portfolio of projects encompasses projects in NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT), primary care, health and social care and clinical services joint ventures. The Company’s subsidiaries include Ashley House Clinical Services Limited, AH Scarborough Health Park Limited and Sapphire Primary Care Developments Limited. On April 30, 2012, the Company purchased the remaining 50% interest in AH Scarborough Health Park Limited from A H Medical Properties Limited.
