Asian Growth Properties Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, carries on the business of property development and investment in Hong Kong and Mainland China, as well as hotel operation in Hong Kong. The Company operates in three segments: Property development, Property investment and Hotel operation. Property development is engaged in the development and sale of properties. Property investment is engaged renting of investment properties. Hotel operation includes hotel operation and management. The Company’s investment properties include Plaza Central, Dah Sing Financial Centre, Commercial podium in Zone B and car parking spaces on Basements 2 and 3, New Century Plaza, Office Tower, Westmin Plaza Phase II. Hotel Building includes Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay. Properties held for sale include The Forest Hills, The Morrison and Commercial podium, Westmin Plaza Phase II.
