RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")

 

The Company announces that it has received notification that Harwood Capital
LLP, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust
PLC, Rockwood Strategic PLC and PCA to Christopher Mills, a Director of the
Company, has sold ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") on 2 January 2024
and 5 January 2024.
