Billington Holdings Plc is engaged in the activity of a holding company and the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company is engaged as a manufacturer of structural steelwork through its subsidiaries Billington Structures Limited and Peter Marshall Steel Stairs Limited, and as a supplier of safety solutions and barrier systems to the construction industry, through its subsidiary easiedge Limited. Billington Structures is a structural steelwork contractor. With plants in Barnsley and Bristol it processes 25,000 tons of steel per annum. Marshall Steel Stairs is a specialist company engaged in the design, fabrication and installation of steelwork and balustrade systems. Tubecon is a structural steel fabricators specializing in architecturally exposed structural steelwork (AESS) and other complex structures work. On March 22, 2011, Peter Marshall Steel Stairs Limited acquired the trade and assets of Peter Marshall (Fire Escapes) Limited.
