As advised at the Company's AGM on 22 June 2011, Braemar Shipping Services PLC announces that Richard Agutter retired from the Board after more than 10 years service with effect from 13 December 2011.

The Chairman, Sir Graham Hearne, paid tribute to Richard Agutter for his support and contribution to the Board over the last 10 years which he and his colleagues have much appreciated.
