The Company’s subsidiaries include Brewin Dolphin Limited, Tilman Brewin Dolphin Limited, Brewin Nominees Limited and Brewin Dolphin MP. On February 1, 2012, the Company’s subsidiary, Brewin Dolphin Limited dispose of its Corporate Advisory and Broking Division to a new partnership called N+1 Brewin LLP. In July 2012, N+1 Brewin LLP merged with Singer Capital Markets Limited.
