As at 30 April 2024, the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,446,092
ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares").
There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

 

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
