Cambium Global Timberland Ltd is a Jersey-based closed-ended investment company. The Company invests in a global portfolio of forestry based properties. During the fiscal year ended April 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company owned forestry assets located in Australia, Hawaii, Brazil and the southern United States. The Company operates in five geographical locations, with Timberlands located in Australia, Southern United States, Hawaii and Brazil. The Company owns eight distinct parcels of land across four main geographical areas. The Company's portfolio consists of pine plantations in the Southern United States, fast-grown eucalyptus in Brazil, long-rotation eucalyptus in Australia, and eucalyptus saw logs in Hawaii. On May 31, 2012, the Company sold 13,810 acres of timberland in Florida.
