Charles Taylor plc, formerly Charles Taylor Consulting plc, is a provider of insurance services. The Company manages mutual insurance companies, advises insurers on insurance claims and provides consultancy and outsourced administration services to insurers and insured’s globally. The Company operates in four divisions: management services division, adjusting services division, insurance support services division and insurance companies run-off division. Management services division provides mutual management, captive management, investment management and risk management. Adjusting services division includes energy, aviation, non-marine and marine (including average) adjusting. Insurance support services division includes non-life and life insurance support services. Insurance companies run-off division includes non-life and life insurance companies closed to new business. In December 2012, the Company acquired Global Life Assurance Limited.
