Chime Communications PLC is an international communications and sports marketing group, including CSM Sports & Entertainment, the VCCP Partnership in advertising, the Good Relations Group in public relations, Open Health in healthcare communications, Teamspirit a specialist in financial and professional services and CIE a insight and engagement agency. The Company has four segments: Advertising and Marketing Services (AMS), which includes the VCCP Group and Teamspirit; Public Relations division, which consists of Good Relations, Harvard, Insight, TTA Public Relations, Corporate Citizenship and Open Health; Sports Marketing, and Research division. As of June 30, 2012, the Company opened new offices in Sydney, Madrid, Moscow and Singapore. In January 2013, it acquired 93% interest in Complete Leisure Group Limited. In May 2013, the Company acquired People Marketing UK Limited and WARL Group Limited.
