Croma Security Solutions Group plc, formerly Croma Group PLC, is a United Kingdom-based company. The Company is principally engaged in the avionics, access security and installation systems and asset protection solutions to a range of the United Kingdom Government agencies, including police, military, local authorities and the prisons service, as well as domestic and overseas businesses. It has three operating subsidiaries, Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited, (Vigilant), RDDS Avionics Limited (RDDS) and Photobase Limited (Photobase). Vigilant is engaged in asset protection and security training and provides security services to its customers. RDDS is engaged in the design and manufacture of security and surveillance equipment and the revenue of RDDS predominately consist of the design and subsequent sale of goods to its customers. Photobase is engaged in the biometric entry systems and its revenue consists of the provision of maintenance.
