The following amendment has been made to the "Dealings by directors and connected persons"

announcement released on 30/10/2012 at 15.00 under RNS No 8836P.

In paragraph c), the name in the second paragraph changes so:

"Bartholomew Simpson" changes to "Jane Simpson" and "his" changes to "her"

All other details remain unchanged.

Delcam PLC

Dealings by directors and connected persons

Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 29 October 2012 it received notification of the following transactions in the ordinary share capital of the Company:

a) Bartholomew Simpson, a director of the Company, exercised 3,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust Option scheme (the "Scheme") at an exercise price of 300p per share. 

b) Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, transferred 3,000 Ordinary Shares to Bartholomew Simpson in satisfaction of the exercise of the share options.

c) Jane Simpson, the wife of Bartholomew Simpson, a director of the Company, sold 1,250 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 837.6p per share.   

Jane Simpson purchased, through her SIPP, 1,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 840.0p per share.

d) Lesley Lambourne, the wife of Edward Lambourne a director of the Company, sold 1,200 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 810.0p per share.   

Lesley Lambourne purchased, through her SIPP, 1,200 Ordinary Shares at a price of 812.5p per share.

Following these transactions, the Trust now holds 308,415 Ordinary Shares representing 3.89% of the issued share capital of the Company, Bartholomew Simpson is now interested in 44,384 Ordinary Shares representing 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company and Edward Lambourne is now interested in 921,805 Ordinary Shares representing 11.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
