Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 16 November 2012 it received notification of the following transaction in the ordinary share capital of the Company:

Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, acquired 557 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 750p per share.

Following the transaction, the Trust now holds 273,972 Ordinary Shares representing 3.45% of the issued share capital of the Company.
