Dealings by directors and connected persons

Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 27 November 2012 it received notification of the following transactions in the ordinary share capital of the Company:

a) Bartholomew Simpson, a director of the Company, exercised 9,666 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust Option scheme (the "Scheme") at an exercise price of 252p per share. 

b) Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, transferred 9,666 Ordinary Shares to Bartholomew Simpson in satisfaction of the exercise of the share options.

Following these transactions, the Trust now holds 264,306 Ordinary Shares representing 3.33% of the issued share capital of the Company and Bartholomew Simpson is now interested in 54,050 Ordinary Shares representing 0.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
