Dealings by directors and connected persons

Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that on 28 November 2012 it received notification of the following transactions in the ordinary share capital of the Company:

a) An employee of the Company, exercised 1,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust Option scheme (the "Scheme") at an exercise price of 300p per share. 

b) Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustee of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, transferred 1,000 Ordinary Shares to the employee in satisfaction of the exercise of the share options.

Following these transactions, the Trust now holds 263,306 Ordinary Shares representing 3.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
