Trading Update

The Board of Delcam, the UK's leading developer and supplier of advanced software solutions for metrology, product development and manufacture, is pleased to provide the following update on trading for the financial year to 31 December 2012.

After a first half which delivered new six month records for both revenues and pre-tax profits, trading in the second half of the financial year to date has been strong, especially in the important fourth quarter.  As a result, the Board now expects Delcam's profit before tax to be ahead of current market expectations of £4.3m (stated before share option charges of £0.2m and a pension IAS19 credit of £0.1m). Sales for the full year are expected to be approximately £46m, which sets a new high for the Company.
