Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Earthport plc is a global financial services company specializing in cross-border payments. The Company provides a services for international payments, servicing banks, foreign exchange businesses, money transfer organizations, payment aggregators and e-commerce businesses. It delivers a global automated clearing house (ACH) capability, using a payments framework specifically designed for low value cross-border payments. This provides the Company’s clients with access to local clearing schemes in over 50 countries. The Company provides payment services through the combination of a network of bank accounts in various geographies (the banking network) and software, which mirrors the international movements of funds from bank to bank.
