It publishes more than 70 magazines, newsletters and journals, including Euromoney, Institutional Investor and Metal Bulletin. The Company also runs a portfolio of conferences, seminars and training courses, and is a provider of electronic information and data, covering international finance, metals and commodities, and emerging markets. It operates in five business divisions: financial publishing, business publishing, training, conferences and seminars, and databases and information services. Effective March 19, 2013, the Company acquired Insider Publishing Ltd. In April 2013, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC acquired a 75% interest in Centre for Investor Education.
