FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2012, Fidessa Group plc revenues increased less than 1% to L278.6M. Net income increased 2% to L30.4M. Fidessa Group plc (Fidessa) is a supplier of multi-asset trading, portfolio analysis, decision support, compliance, market data and connectivity solutions for firms involved in trading global financial markets. The business is structured into three business units: Enterprise, Hosted and Buy-side. The Enterprise business unit is focused on providing tailored solutions for sell-side customers, packaging and integrating its products, services and consultancy and working with its customers to deliver a solution. The Hosted business unit is focused on the software as a service (SaaS) delivery model deployment of complex workflow across a sell-side customer base. The Buy-side business unit is focused on providing tailored solutions for buy-side customers, packaging and integrating its products, services and consultancy and working with its customers to deliver a solution. The subsidiaries of the Company include Fidessa Plc, Fidessa LatentZero Limited and Fidessa software limited.
