FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2012, First Property Group PLC revenues increased 43% to L6.6M. Net income decreased 10% to L1.7M. Revenues reflect Property Trading segment increase from L1.2M to L3.5M. First Property Group plc is a commercial property fund manager with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe. The principal activity of the Company is the provision of fund management services to the property industry. As of March 31, 2012, the Company managed six closed-ended funds, which included SAM Property Company Ltd, SAM Property Company Ltd, 5th Property Trading Ltd, USS Fprop Managed Property Portfolio LP, UK Pension Property Portfolio LP and Fprop Opportunities plc. The Company’s properties consist of two directly held properties and shareholdings in four of the Company’s six managed funds. The Company’s directly held properties include Bacha St, Mokotow, Warsaw, and BlueTower, Central Business District, Warsaw. In September 2012, it sold one of its two directly owned properties, an office building in Mokotow, Warsaw.
