Board Update

 

Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface coating
technology announces that, as planned, Philip Kirkham has today stepped down
from the Board of Directors. Phil is succeeded by Steve Paul, Interim CEO, as
announced on 8 February 2024.
