Henderson Group plc is a Jersey-based holding company of the investment management group Henderson Global Investors. Henderson Global Investors (Henderson) is an independent global asset management firm. The Company provides its institutional, retail and clients access to skilled investment professionals representing a range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, property and private equity. The Company’s subsidiaries include Gartmore Group Limited, Gartmore Investment Japan Limited, Gartmore Investment Limited, Henderson Administration Limited, Henderson Alternative Investment Advisor Limited and Henderson Equity Partners Limited. On April 4, 2011, the Company completed its acquisition of 100% interest of Gartmore Group Limited. In May 2013, Henderson Group PLC acquired a 33% stake in 90 West Asset Management Ltd.
