The Company's operating segments include, London Market, which consists of the operations of Syndicate 33, excluding the results of the fine art, the United Kingdom regional events coverage and non-United Sates household business; UK and Europe, which includes the operations of Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, the results of Syndicate 33’s fine art, the United Kingdom regional events coverage and non-United Sates household business; International, which includes the operations of Hiscox Insurance Company (Guernsey) Limited, Hiscox Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited, Hiscox Inc., Hiscox Insurance Company Inc. and Syndicate 3624, excluding the European errors and omissions, fire and aviation business. On March 23, 2011, the Company sold Plexstar Insurance Services Ltd.
