GENERAL MEETING RESULT: AMENDMENT OF THE COMPANY'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
APPROVED
Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate travel services company,
held a General Meeting today at its registered office in accordance with the
notice sent to shareholders on 5 February 2009. The Special Resolution to amend
the Company's Articles of Association, was approved unanimously on a show of
hands.
