DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING

The Company has received notification that on 18 January 2011, Julian Steadman,
the Company's Group Finance Director, transferred 911,384 Ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company into his spouse's name, Barbara Helen Steadman, at
nil cost.

Notification of this transaction was received by the Company on 18 January 2011
and is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
