As of 28 February 2011, Hogg Robinson Group plc's capital consists of
307,762,884 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in
Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hogg Robinson Group
plc is 307,762,884.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hogg Robinson Group plc under
