In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2) ITV plc confirms that Dawn Allen, a
Non-executive Director of ITV plc, will be appointed as Chief Financial
Officer and a member of the Board of Haleon plc from 1 November 2024, having
stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer of Tate & Lyle plc
