FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 September 2012, LXB Retail Properties Plc revenues increased 1% to L5.1M. Net income decreased 50% to L9.4M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. LXB Retail Properties Plc is a Jersey-based, closed-ended real estate investment company. The Company is focused on investing in out-of-town and edge-of-town retail assets. It has a portfolio of property investment assets where existing retail consents total over 625,000 square feet. In February 2010, the Company acquired two retail units and development land in Greenwich. In March 2010, it acquired Bugsby’s way retail park in Greenwich. In April 2010 and in May 2010, it acquired retail units and development land at London road trading estate in Biggleswade. In July 2010, it acquired Maritime industrial park and wickes unit in Greenwich. The Company is managed by LXB Manager LLP (LXB Manager).
