Final Terms dated 02 May 2024 (the "Final Terms") for NatWest Markets N.V.
("NatWest Markets NV") for the €200,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due
06 May 2026 (ISIN: XS2816091149) (the "Notes") issued under the
€5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets N.V. (the
"Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in
conjunction with the prospectus dated 23 August 2023, the supplemental
prospectus dated 30 November 2023, and the supplemental prospectus dated 21
February 2024 relating to the Programme (together the "Prospectus"), which
constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

A copy of the above Final Terms has been submitted to the AFM and will shortly
be available for inspection at NatWest Market NV's website at
