FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2012, Northbridge Industrial Services Plc revenues increased 24% to L30.8M. Net income increased 60% to L3.7M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net income benefited from Interest Receivables increase of 67% to L30K (income). Northbridge Industrial Services plc is engaged in acquiring companies, which manufacture, hire and sell specialist industrial equipment. The Company focuses to acquire businesses that have the potential for expansion into outsourcing providers, supplying a non-cyclical customer base, including utility companies, the public sector and the oil and gas industries. It operates in three segments: Europe, which is involved in the manufacture, hire and sale of specialist industrial equipment; Middle East, which is involved in the hire of specialist industrial equipment, and Asia-Pacific, which is involved in the hire and sale of specialist industrial equipment. On November 30, 2011, the Company purchased DSG Rental NV. In December 2011, it acquired Loadcell Services Pte Ltd. and Loadcell Services BVI. In December 2011, the Company acquired DSG Rental NV, a rental equipment business.
