Pinnacle Technology Group plc, formerly Pinnacle Telecom Plc, provides a range of converged managed solutions, including managed support services, and unified communications and collaboration. It operates in three segments: mobile services, information technology (IT) and other telecommunications services. Mobile services segment provides a range of mobile services and solutions to micro and small and medium enterprises (SME) companies. IT segment provides a range of IT focused solutions to both SME and middle market companies, including voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) implementations. Other covers a range of telecommunications services, including calls and line rental. On July 7, 2011, it acquired the customer agreements and intellectual property rights residing in Multilayer Limited. On August 1, 2011, it acquired MacLellan IT Security Limited. On October 6, 2011, it acquired Online Computer Developments Ltd. On October 10, 2011, it acquired RMS Managed ICT Security Limited.
