FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 September 2012, Printing.Com PLC revenues decreased 3% to L10.4M. Net income decreased 34% to L253K. Revenues reflect Printing Services segment decrease of 8% to L6.2M, Licence income segment decrease of 16% to L455K, United Kingdom/Ireland segment decrease of 5% to L6.6M. Printing.com plc is a United kingdom-based company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, offers a range of print products to consumers and small and medium sized business. Service is provided throughout the United Kingdom through a chain of high street Stores (some owned but mostly franchised) and franchised Bolt-ons (outlets operated within other businesses). The Company operates in two segments: printing services and franchise income. Its subsidiaries include Printing.com Europe Limited, which is engaged in printing; Media Facility Group BV, which is engaged in print provision; Printing.com (UK Franchise) Limited, Printing.com (UK Franchise) Limited and Printing.com France SA, which are engaged in franchise contracts, and Printing.com Switzerland SA, which is holding intellectual property. On November 5, 2010, the Company acquired Media Facility Group BV (MFG).
